You are engaged, so now what? There are a million things that you need to think about and you don’t have enough hours in your day for all your different to-do lists! Planning your wedding can be a real nightmare if you are trying to do it without any help.

So what is the good news? We are living in a digital age where everything is made easy with technology – even wedding planning! We’ve made a list of must-have wedding apps to help you plan the perfect wedding day. These apps will help you to budget, organise, create a planning timeline, gather ideas, and much more.

1. Pinterest
I’m pretty sure the name says it all! This is where you will find billions of wedding ideas that you can pin to your own wedding board and use these ideas to create a mood board for your wedding day. It’s an easy way to keep all your ideas together. You definitely need to download this app to start exploring all the possibilities for your wedding day.

2. Wix
This is the perfect app for creating your own wedding website. The features available are mostly free and very easy to use. You can even set-up your website so that all RSVPs will automatically be sent directly to your email. Wix will then create a guest list with all the special requests that will update automatically whenever someone RSVPs.

3. Canva
This app is a DIY designer’s dream! You can use it to design save the dates, signage, all stationary and even personalised water labels. There are beautiful free templates available that you can customise. You can link your PC to your profile and design anywhere, anytime!

4. MyWed Wedding Planner with Checklist and Budget
This app will keep all your wedding information in one place. It will remind you what needs to be done and when it needs to be done. It will also monitor your budget and make lists of your vendors and guests. Everything is simple, reliable and convenient!

5. WeddingHappy Wedding Planner
This app helps you to make your wedding plan. It guides you and reminds you of what needs to be done at every step of the wedding planning process. WeddingHappy Wedding Planner will build a customized schedule with a checklist of to-dos and suggested deadlines for tasks. It offers a wedding countdown, payment tracking, a spending summary, vendor management and notifications whenever something needs to happen. It will give you a complete dashboard overview of your planning progress!

6. Joy Wedding App and website
This is a free and very easy-to-use app! With Joy, you get your own beautiful website and app. It’s a fun and easy way to share everything that is important about your wedding with your loved ones. You can manage your wedding schedule, create links to your wedding registry, and supply guests with travel information.

There is no need to be stressed about wedding planning if you have these apps at your side (or in your handbag)! If you are a DIY bride who is adamant about doing everything yourself, these apps will guide you every step of the way.
